COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Head coach Christopher Antonides and the Ohio Dominican baseball program has announced the date for the 2017-18 open tryout for students enrolled in Fall 2017 Semester classes, which will be held on Friday, Aug. 25 at 4:30 p.m. at Frank Damian Field at Panther Valley, located on the east side of the campus.
Anyone interested in attending must be enrolled full-time (at least 12 credits) for the Fall 2017 semester at Ohio Dominican. In addition, players must bring proof of insurance and present proof of a physical exam within the last six months, and must complete an NCAA sickle-cell waiver form (http://ohiodominicanpanthers.com/SportsMedicine/SICKLE_CELL_INFORMATION.pdf) to the coaching staff at least 24 hours before the tryout. Players must also bring a glove and equipment for the tryout.
